La Bota de Malt Whisky 104 SINGLE CASK “Bota NO” is sourced solely from malted barley grown and distilled in Castilla la Vieja. It is a sister cask of the the one that was bottled a few years ago as our release No. 66. Its age is close to sixteen years of which the past twelve have been spent in a single, just emptied, sherry cask that previously contained an od oloroso of top quality.
Unrepeatable, of course, as a single cask release, this whisky is unchillfiltered and has—like all other bottlings from Equipo Navazos—no added aromatics, sweeteners or colorants. In fact, it has no additives at all.
