For years, at Equipo Navazos we had the project of bringing to the market a couple of vermouths made to our taste: one absolutely dry, another with moderate sweetness and purity of aromas. In 2023, we convinced the friends who market our wines to take the risk of looking for wine lovers who are ready to enjoy such authentic and radical vermouths. They were well received, so at the beginning of 2025 we launched a new edition of these two wines.
La Bota de Vermut Rojo 132 is, like all vermouths, an aromatized wine. In this case, the wine is a young Oloroso of noble Jerez origin that, thanks to the mastery of Eduardo Ojeda, has been transformed into a vermouth of sober sweetness and elegant bitterness in which the citrus notes stand out. Clean and complex, to be drunk in the traditional style with ice and, if you like, a slice of orange. Or to prepare the most delicious Manhattan you can imagine.
